How to Use

1. Pre-lighten hair to the desired blonde level and shampoo.

2. Towel dry until hair is damp.

3. Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm T11 with 2 parts 20 Volume Wella Color Charm Developer.

4. Apply evenly from roots to ends.

5. Process for up to 30 minutes, checking every 5 minutes.

6. Rinse thoroughly, then condition.
